We rescued Neera from the humane society about *maybe* 2 years ago or so, she’s such a great cat BUT I do not think she does not like our environment, we have 3 dogs & will be having our 4th baby soon. She seems really stressed out specially around our kids. I feel like she would be better fit with a single family home specially with a man as she loves my husband! But definitely not a home with kids or dogs. She pees on the floor (where the baby’s things are) she’ll poop on the floor if you don’t give her, her wet food exactly when she wants it. If the kids aren’t around she’ll just come up and snuggle with you and sleep in your bed and snore!
It’s not that she doesn’t so much get along with our dogs but I feel if she could choose she’d prefer no dogs, definitely no kids. Energy level is super calm and relaxed (when not around dogs/kids) she loves to sit in the sun and sun bathe ALL DAY! Love scratching posts & treats.
No health concerns, healthy girl! Behavior issues only when she doesn’t get her wet food right away, around our kids, and dogs.
