This sweet, loving boy was a stray that we took in this summer after nearly hitting him on the hiway north of Lincoln. He is more than we can handle, and I want to find him a home that's better suited to his energy level.
We have two large older dogs that he gets along well with, but they are not interested in playing with him, no matter how much he pesters them! He knows basic commands, and he seems willing to learn. He loves playing tug and has a gentle mouth. He handles walks pretty well, and I think he would really enjoy going on runs to wear off some of his energy! If given tge chance, I think he would wander off if given the chance, so he needs a fence that's at least 4 ft tall. He doesn't chew up shoes, etc or scratch doors when he's cooped up.
1.Can obsess over going outside (A doggy door would be his best friend!) 2.Puts his paws on the counter sometimes 3.Jumps on people when he first meets them 4. Wants to play a lot, and can get in your space too much
