Please meet potential new owners in a public location like a local pet store.
If you decide to transfer ownership to the new adopter, you can use this form as written documentation that you've rehomed.
Update the microchip information.
Notify Animal Control, your vet, and the organization you adopted from (if applicable) that you've rehomed.
